Jack Callil is Assistant Editor at Australian Book Review. He has previously worked as an editorial assistant for Meanjin and Voiceworks, and has been a podcast producer for the Meanjin Podcast and Narratives. He has also worked in the publishing house Bowen Street Press, assisting in the production and editing of several titles. His writing spans journalism, reviews, and fiction across digital and print publications such VICE, Voiceworks, Junkee, RedR Australia, Catalyst, Imprint Magazine, and The Courier. In 2017, his creative nonfiction piece was winner of the Lord Mayor's Creative Writing Award.
