The Moving Frontier is a collection of a group of some thirteen papers each by an author who has concentrated on some Aspect of Aboriginal-European interaction. The book is divided into four main sections and deals with prehistory, early black/white contacts, land, food, music and dance, language, social life, art and literature and the future prospects of Australian Aborigines.
