
Kevin Brophy
Kevin Brophy has authored eleven books of poetry, fiction, and essays. His latest is a collection of essays, Patterns of Creativity (Rodopi, 2009). He is chair of the Creative Writing program at the University of Melbourne. His poems have been widely anthologised, and he was co-winner of the 2009 Calibre Essay Prize. He has spent most of the past two years living on a remote Aboriginal community in the Great Sandy Desert of Western Australia.
