Anita Punton

Anita Punton has been a television comedy writer and producer for many years, and is currently part of the writing team for the ABC’s Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell. She has a Diploma of Professional Writing and Editing and a Masters degree in Creative Writing from RMIT, and her short stories have been published in Australia and the United Kingdom. She lives in Melbourne. Her essay ‘May Day’ was placed second in the 2021 Calibre Essay Prize.
