James Der Derian is Michael Hintze Chair of International Security at the University of Sydney, where he directs the Centre for International Security Studies. He is author of Virtuous War: Mapping the Military-Industrial-Media-Entertainment Network (2009) and writer–producer of the documentary film Project Z: The Final Global Event (2012).
